Homducts.pk delivers household products across Pakistan.

Delivery estimates

• Karachi: 2–4 working days.
• Other cities: 3–7 working days.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery estimates may be extended by public holidays, weather, high order volumes, or courier delays.

Shipping charges and tracking

We ship across Pakistan at a flat rate of Rs. 200. Once your order is dispatched, we share shipment confirmation and tracking details.

Payment options

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan. Available online payment methods are shown at checkout.

Order issues

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, missing, or with a major defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Share your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. Packaging images may be requested; an unboxing video is helpful.

If your complaint is approved and a replacement is unavailable, we may issue a refund by bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash. Refund processing usually takes 3–7 working days after approval, depending on verification and payment method. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
