Note: This product is 100% food grade silicone, not ordinary silicone rubber TPR material, its temperature resistance is relatively doubled, up to 230 °C. If you don't need high temperature resistance, you can also choose our TPR or PVC placemats, which are about 120°C.

Report damaged, incorrect, missing, or seriously defective items within 48 hours of delivery through our Lodge Your Complaint page or customer support. Include your order number and clear photos or videos; packaging images may be requested. An unboxing video is helpful.
If your complaint is approved and a replacement is unavailable, we may issue a refund by bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash. Refund processing usually takes 3–7 working days after approval, depending on verification and payment method.
