The accessories on the product are hand-pasted with hot-melt glue, and it is unavoidable to bump and fall off during transportation. 

You can use the smokeless flame at the bottom of the lighter to bake the soft adhesive and paste it back. You can also use a hair dryer to heat the adhesive on the back of the accessory to soften the adhesive on the back of the accessory and paste it back 

(The falling off of accessories during transportation is not a quality problem)
